Discover the art of pottery! This educational course is designed for individuals ages 16 and up and teaches the fundamentals of wheel throwing. Participants will create one to two pieces, which will be glazed and available for pick-up in 2 weeks. Additional fees may apply for shipping pieces directly to customers. Ages 13-17

Ages 13-17 Activity: Experience the joy of wheel throwing or hand-building! The basics of clay will be taught in this no-pressure class. What to bring: Your teen should wear comfortable clothes, have their hair up, and wear closed-toe shoes. Please alert our staff to any allergies your child may have.
Class Includes:
1. Students will try either wheel throwing or hand-building, depending on the day they sign up.
2. Learn wedging techniques and clay plasticity.
3. Studio Safety and Group Studio Cleanup.
4. Finished Art: Choose a glaze color, and we'll work our magic. Then, pick up your masterpiece in 2 weeks.
